A family of believers joyfully committed to advancing the kingdom of God

OUR HISTORY (all four years of it!)
New Covenant Presbyterian Church was received by Grace Presbytery as a mission congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America on September 11, 2007 and formally organized as a congregation in February, 2008. Formed in 1973, the Presbyterian Church in America is the largest conservative Presbyterian body in the United States with over 1700 churches and missions throughout the USA and Canada. From its beginning, the Presbyterian Church in America has determined its purpose to be "faithful to the Scriptures, true to the Reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission."
God has done wonderful things through NCPC. Since we began meeting in July 2007, we have established an operating budget from which we give at least ten percent to the eight agencies and ministries of the PCA and to at least fifteen local and state ministries. In 2010 we provided financial support to several international missionaries, to missions work in Mexico, and to Operation Christmas Child. This international mission support is in addition to the budgeted amount which goes to the PCA’s Mission to the World and Mission to North America. We pledged additional support for World Missions in 2011. Our Building Committee and Capital Funds Campaign Committee are diligently working on a building plan and program that will enable us to further God’s kingdom here in McComb and Southwest Mississippi. New people and new faces are in our worship services, in our youth and children’s ministries, and in other areas of our church life. God is at work! He is good! How do I become a member of NCPC?
