Sunday - the Lord's Day - is a wonderful time of fellowship and worship for New Covenant Presbyterian Church!
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Classes begin at 9:15 am and are held for all ages.
YOUTH CLASSES
We currently have a nursery and three youth classes:
Age Two - 1st grade
2nd - 6th grades
Junior High - High School
An ADULT CLASS also meets.
SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP
Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 a.m. with announcements being made at 10:25 a.m. We seek for our worship services to be characterized by both reverence and joy. Our service is planned with the conviction that worship is to be:
- Trinitarian. We worship God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ in the power of His Holy Spirit.
- Biblically grounded. We are not free to worship as we desire but as God commands.
- God-centered. We worship God and therefore must seek worship which is pleasing to Him.
- Edifying. We desire for believers to be edified and for unbelievers to know the God we have come to know.
Younger children are dismissed for children's church or may remain in the service.
SUNDAY EVENING WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S CLASS
Sunday evening worship begins at 5:30 pm. Our evening service is an informal time of fellowship and worship. Favorite hymns are sung, followed by a brief message by the pastor.
Children 6th grade and under meet for Children's Choir and for Catechism Classes.
It is a great way to end the Lord's Day!
